Detailed price work sheets are developed, helping clients to choose options within their budget. And NIMA gets client participation early to fully incorporate their vision and to minimize costly changes during construction. This extra level of detail minimizes changes while construction is underway and helps ensure that final costs stay within budget.

For material selections NIMA has suppliers where its clients will get the benefit of the company’s builder discounts. In addition, NIMA works with all lending institutions.

Quality - NIMA works with the best qualified subcontractors for its projects. They select licensed contractors with quality workmanship who have significant experience in their trades, and who they have been working with for more than 20 years.

Scheduling - NIMA develops very detailed schedules and updates them regularly. As a result, they have a record of on-time completion. They also have scheduled walk-throughs upon settlement, after eight weeks, and at the end of the first year.

Additional Services - NIMA also provides remodeling services and can build additions for existing homes.
