Founder & President

Mansour draws on more than 25 years experience as a builder and architect. He is responsible for the overall management of the company and is involved in every aspect of the business. His primary focus is on working directly and closely with the clients from initial consultation, design, pricing, and selections, to completion of the home. He prides himself on giving his clients the best possible service.

Majid Jaribion
Vice President

Majid, also an architect with 20 years experience in construction, is responsible for on-site management of the projects. He coordinates the scheduling and materials, oversees the day-to-day construction activities, and holds on-site meetings with the clients during construction. He ensures that the projects are completed with the highest quality craftsmanship and are delivered on time.

Edie Ritterpusch
Project Coordinator

Edie manages the details of the projects from pricing and preparing contracts, obtaining subcontractor estimates, purchasing job materials, and processing changes orders, to follow-up on walk-through items. She makes certain all our projects run as smoothly as possible.
